微波连续加热吸收剂处理烧结低浓度烟气的研究

摘    要: 探讨了微波连续加热吸收剂处理烧结低浓度烟气实验时气体流量、微波功率、吸附剂质量、配比、粒径、烟气含水量、反应温度等实验因素对烟气脱硫、脱氮率的影响。实验结果表明,气体流量、微波功率和反应温度对脱硫、脱氮率影响较大。同时对吸收剂在微波连续加热下处理二氧化硫和氮氧化物进行了机理分析。

Abstract:The influencing factors of desulfuration and denitrification of flue gas with microwave heated absorbent such as gas flow rate, microwave power, blending,particle size and amount of absorbent,flue gas dampness and reaction temperature,were studied. The results show that flow rate, microwave power and reaction temperature are key factors.The mechanism of removing SO2 and NOx with absorbent by continuous microwave heating was analyzed.
