空间对地观测系统指标体系研究

摘    要:总结了空间对地观测系统指标体系的研究现状,遵循针对性、层次性、因果性3个原则,构建了由顶层指标和底层指标2层指标构成的效能指标体系。选择完备性、准确性、及时性和服务性这4个指标作为顶层效能指标,并依据空间对地观测系统的3个业务阶段划分;选取了15个底层效能指标,分析了顶层效能指标与底层效能指标间的因果关系,并给出了相应的算例予以说明。

Abstract:Research status of parameters system of space-to-earth observation system is summarized.A two-level parameters system consisting of top effectiveness parameters and bottom effectiveness parameters is built according to three principles of pertinence,hierarchy and complexity.Complexity,correctness,timeliness and service of information are chosen to be top parameters,and fifteen bottom parameters are chosen in term of three different work processes.Causality between two types of parameters is analyzed.Finally...
