基于Metric理论的发射场可修备件库存仿真研究

摘    要:针对发射场设备备件库存采用半定量经验方法的缺陷,以发射场常见的二级备件库存为背景,构建了基于Metric理论的发射场可修备件库存仿真模型。能够实现一定费用下,多种备件的最优采购及备件在多层次库存站点中的最佳配置。结合实例验证了模型的有效性,并对模型的特性进行了分析。

Abstract:Aiming at the limitation of semi-quantitative experiential method used in inventory strategy of spare parts,according to the real background of familiar two-echelon repair and supply system in launch site,the storage model of the repairable spare parts is built based on the Metric theory.Under a certain procurement cost,the optimized procurement scheme of many kinds of spare parts and the optimized assignment scheme for multi-levels storage are realized by numerical simulation.The model validity is shown by...
