| 摘 要： | 在对生成、模式、生成模式和装备保障能力生成模式等相关概念及其内涵进行深入剖析的基础上,系统分析了影响装备保障能力生成模式转变的主要因素,认为外部影响因素是装备保障能力生成模式转变的基本动因,内部影响因素是装备保障能力生成模式转变的根本动力。最后,从装备保障人才培养、装备保障理论研究、装备保障信息化建设、装备保障运行机制和装备保障训练等5个方面提出了装备保障能力生成模式转变的实现途径,以提高装备保障能力和部队战斗力。
