| 摘 要： | 用５ｔ中国试验煤样（１／３焦煤，Ｖｄａｆ３１．８％，ＲＩ５９，Ｒ０．８７）在乌克兰哈尔科夫焦化试验厂连续层状炼焦半工业试验装置上进行了炼焦试验．试验操作条件良好，无烟尘污染．所制得焦炭（Ｍ４０７０．２，Ｍ１０７．５）达到中国３级焦水平，与乌克兰焦化厂生产的冶金焦水平相当．该工艺可大量使用粘结性较差的气煤，甚至单独使用１／３焦煤生产冶金焦

| Abstract: | The coking experiment of 5 tons Chinese coal(gas coal with V daf 31 8%, RI 59, R 00 87) has been carried out on the continuous bed coking device in the Kharkov Experimental Coking Plant,Ukrain.The operation conditions were suitable.The dust and gas pollution has not been observed.The mechanical strength of coke obtained during experiment( M 40 70 2, M 10 7 5) has reached the level of 3 d class for metallurgical coke by Chinese standard and it is equivalent to the mechanical strength of coke produced by ordinary Ukrainan coking plants.Obviously,by adopting this new technology,the metallurgical coke can be produced with coal blend,which contained high percentage of gas coal or even with 100% gas coal. |
