| Abstract: | In this paper the basic concept of spectrum and it's application in the structure of lignin were discussed. The ultraviolet spectrum was used in identifying quantificationally the lignin, identifying some special function group and mensurating the acute changes after the chemical treatment. Using the infrared spectrum to identity the function group on the lignin and it's ramification. |
