| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无创通气在治疗急性呼吸衰竭中的应用价值。方法选择2007年1月到2008年1月我院46例应用无创通气辅助呼吸的急性呼吸衰竭患者,观察治疗前后的呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度、动脉血气分析等变化情况。结果急性呼吸衰竭患者治疗前后的呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度,动脉血气分析等有显著性差异。结论无创通气能迅速改善急性呼吸衰竭患者的气体交换和生命体征。在急性呼吸衰竭救治过程中无创通气可作为经过选择的患者首选的通气支持治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach applied value of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) for acute respiratory failure(ARF).Methods 46 patients of ARF were treated with NIV between January 2007 and december 2008.We analyzed respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SaO2),arterial blood gas analysis of the patients beforeand after NIV.Results There was significant in RR,HR,SaO2,PaCO2,PaO2 between before and after treatment with NIV.Conclusions Use of NIV can improve rapidly gas exchange and vital signs of patients ... |
