| 摘 要： | 从企业信息化工程与企业管理模式相互作用的角度，论述了某医药公司原有高度集权的纵向管理模式对企业信息化工程的影响，以及信息化工程通过调整公司组织结构，整合公司部门，规范业务流程等措施，改进了原有的管理模式，从而提高了整个企业的管理水平。
