摘    要:为降低煤在热解过程中的焦油产率 ,在一流化床稀相段考察了温度和停留时间对焦油裂解的影响 .结果表明 :焦油转化率随着温度和停留时间的增加而明显提高 ,但其增长幅度却逐渐变小 ,说明继续升高温度和停留时间对降低焦油产率的作用在逐渐减小 .同时温度或停留时间的增加也促进了 H2 ,CO和 CO2 产率的增长 ,对脂肪烃类的影响比较复杂 .在不同温度下 ,气体热值随停留时间的增加均呈下降趋势 .

Abstract:The effects of temperature and residence time on tar cracking in the freeboard of a fluidized bed have been investigated in order to reduce the tar produced in the pyrolysis process of coal. The result shows that the tar conversion increases apparently as temperature or residence time rises, but the increase of the tar conversion is reduced gradually . It seems that the action of the further increase of temperature or residence time to decrease the yield of tar is decreasing gradually. Simultaneously the yields of H 2,CO and CO 2 also increase as temperature or residence time rises. The effects of temperature and residence time on aliphatic hydrocarbons are relatively complex. The thermal value of gas decreases monotonously with residence time at different temperatures.
