摘    要:为了检测机床刀具的三维位移、实时显示刀具的进刀量,提高工件的加工精度,研究并设计了一种基于光栅位移传感器的高精度三维光栅位移测量系统。分析了光栅位移传感器的测量原理,介绍了该系统的硬件设计,设计了光栅位移信号细分辨向电路、主控电路、显示电路及控制电路,制作了系统电路样板,搭建了实验系统并对系统进行了实验。实验结果表明:硬件电路工作正常,系统运行稳定、测量精准,可满足机床高精度测量的生产需求。

Abstract:In order to detect the three-dimensional(3D)displacement of machine tool,show the amount of feed in real-time,and improve the processing precision of workpiece,a 3D grating displacement measurement system with high-precision based on grating displacement sensor is researched and designed.Measurement principle of grating displacement sensor is analyzed.Hardware design of this system is introduced.Subdivision and direction discrimination cuicuit of grating displacement signal,main control circuit,display circuit and control circuit are designed.Circuit sample board of the system is made.Experimental system is bulit and experiments are conducted.Experimental results show that the hardware circuit works properly,the system operates stably and measures accurately,and can meet production demand of high-precision measurement for machine tool.
