摘    要:井下原煤开采过程中产生的H2S,CH4,CO等有害气体对矿工生命和矿井生产带来巨大的安全隐患。矿井瓦斯爆炸、中毒、透水事故时有发生,准确地监测与提前预警可以有效避免事故的发生。设计了一种以CAN总线为通信网络并在其节点上挂接H2S气体传感器、双气体(CH4,CO)传感器、温湿度传感器等,实时监测井下工业现场有毒气体体积分数、温湿度等环境参量。实现井下工业现场安全监控和预报警。本监控系统在实验室模拟环境实验应用中效果良好,灵活度高,迁移性好,可直接应用于井下生产现场的监控。

Abstract:The toxic gases,such as H2S,CH4,CO,etc,are major hazard during underground coal mining operation in terms of both safety and productivity,at the same time,it brings huge hidden danger to miners,life security.Gas explosion,poisoning,flooding accidents happen from time to time,accurate monitoring and pre-alarm can avoid occurrence of accidents effectively.Therefore,a kind of communication network based on CAN bus which hanging different sensors,for example,H2S gas sensor,double gas(CH4,CO) sensor,temperature-humidity sensor etc in its nodes is designed,which are used to monitor toxic gas volume fraction,temperature,humidity and other environmental parameters real-time in industrial filed underground coal mine.This monitoring system run well in laboratory simulation circumstance experiment,has high flexibility and good migration so it can be directly applied in monitoring of underground coal mine.
