摘    要:根据目前石油资源开采的特点,设计了基于PLC的无游梁长冲程抽油机变频控制系统。该系统以PLC为控制核心,采用机电一体化设计,使所设计的抽油机具有冲程和冲次可调、节能、载荷大、适应性强和可靠性高等特点。现场实际测量数据表明,该类型抽油机特殊的电动机运行方式使其应用于稠油或聚驱油井的举升具有明显的优势,整体效率达60%,远远超过传统抽油机,且运行稳定,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of current production of petroleum resource,a new type frequency conversion control system of long stroke non-beam pumping unit based on PLC is designed.With the PLC as its control core,the system uses electromechanical integrating technology to design a control system of pumping unit,which is characterized by adjustable stroke and stroke number,energy conservation,large load capacity,good adaptability and high reliability.The actual field measured data show that the operating mode of the special motor of this pumping unit has obvious advantage when used in oil lifting in viscous oil well and polymer-flooding well.It has an overall efficiency of over 60%,which is far more than that of the traditional pumping unit.The new pumping unit can run steadily,showing bright future in the market.
