发动机活塞环自动化装配设备的研制

摘    要:为了改善发动机活塞环装配设备的自动化程度不高的现状,提高活塞环装配精度及效率,因而研发了此发动机活塞环自动化装配设备。此设备装环工位根据所装环的特点而设计,运用了四杆机构的演变形式;周转机械手和上下料机械手采用气缸形式来实现;活塞环检测工位采用的是视觉检测系统,视觉相机采用面扫描相机和线扫描相机两种。该设备在使用过程中操作人员只需要根据生产需要选择合适的装配模式,一键式启动,触摸屏式人机交互界面更加形象直观,方便操作者操作,同时该设备具有高柔性,能够适用于?60 mm~?100mm缸径的活塞环装配。

Abstract:In order to improve the low degree of automation piston ring assembly equipment, improve assembly accuracy and efficiency of piston ring. Therefore, the automatic assembly equipment for piston ring of this engine is developed. The equipment is designed according to the characteristics of the ring. The evolution of the four-bar mechanism is used. The flow manipulator and the upper and lower material manipulator adopt cylinder form to realize. The piston ring detection station adopts the visual inspection system, and the visual camera adopts two kinds: surface scanning camera and line scanning camera. During the use of the equipment, the operator only needs to select the appropriate assembly mode according to the production needs. One-key start, touch screen type man-machine interface is more visual and intuitive, convenient operator operation. The equipment also has high flexibility, suitable for φ60 mm~φ100 mm cylinder diameter piston ring assembly.
