摘    要:为了解决Z公司车间设备运行监管不全面,导致工时浪费、废品率居高不下的问题,文章采用了MQTT通讯技术、RFID无线识别计数、条码识别计数以及数据库存储技术等多项前沿技术,从而达到了效稳定、高效地完成了车间物联网系统架构,实现了对车间设备使用过程中的运行状态、加工状态等数据的实时采集、分析。从而明确了整个车间物联网系统的基于MQTT协议的技术架构。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that Z company′s workshop equipment operation supervision is not comprehensive, resulting in waste of working hours and high waste rate, this paper adopts many advanced cutting-edge technologies such as MQTT communication technology, RFID wireless identification counting, barcode recognition counting and database storage technology. The utility model has completed the IoT system architecture in a stable and efficient manner, realizing the real-time collection and analysis of the running status and processing status of the workshop equipment during use. This clarifies the technical architecture of the MQTT protocol based on the entire workshop IoT system.
