摘    要:针对再制造毛坯件存在的不确定性问题,提出了用可靠度来表征机电产品在服役周期内性能衰退特征,阐述了机电产品在服役周期内可靠性对再制造价值的影响,确定其再制造最佳时机。通过收集的历史故障数据,运用最小二乘法以及平均秩次法对机电产品服役周期内的可靠度变化进行拟合,以构造机电产品在服役周期内可靠度趋势曲线。通过对机电产品服役周期内的可靠性分析,得到基于可靠性分析的机电产品最佳主动再制造时间。最后以某型号的发动机叶片为例,验证了所提出的基于可靠性分析的主动再制造时域选择方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the uncertainty of remanufactured blanks, reliability is used to characterize the performance degradation characteristics of electromechanical products during the service period, and the influence of reliability of electromechanical products on remanufacturing value during service cycle is described. Through the collected historical fault data, the least squares method and the average rank method are used to fit the reliability changes in the service period of the electromechanical products to construct the reliability trend curve of the electromechanical products in the service period. Through the reliability analysis during the service period of electromechanical products, the best active remanufacturing time of electromechanical products based on reliability analysis is obtained. Finally, a certain type of engine blade is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed timing decision-making method based on reliability analysis in predecisional remanufacturing.
