摘    要:利用有限元分析软件对修形后的摆线针轮进行齿间加载接触情况分析,建立摆线轮弹性转角模型。首先对RV减速器传动原理及摆线针轮啮合传动进行了分析;然后采用有限元及相关工程软件分析修形后的摆线轮与针轮的齿面接触状态;其次基于运动学和赫兹理论,进一步研究摆线轮齿间载荷分布情况;最后建立摆线轮接触变形弹性扭转角模型并采用有限元方法分析,为后续提高RV减速器的传动精度、稳定性能、延长使用寿命提供改进依据。

Abstract:This paper analyzes accurately the load distribution among gear teeth by Ansys Workbench and establishes the model of contact deformation angle of the cycloidal gear.Firstly,the transmission principle of RV reducer and the forceon the tooth surface during the meshing process of the cycloid planetary gear are analyzed.Secondly,the tooth contact between the modified cycloid gear and the pin wheel is analyzed by the finite element method and related engineering software.Then the load distribution between teeth is further analyzed based on kinematics and Hertz theory.Finally,the concept of contact deformation angle of the cycloidal gear is proposed and its finite element calculation is carried out,which can provide the basis for improving the dynamic characteristics and transmission accuracy of RV reducer,prolonging service life and ensuring its stability.
