主轴动态回转精度测试系统的研制

摘    要:文章以高速电主轴为研究对象,从动态回转精度的定义、测试方法出发,对动态回转精度进行了深入分析。分析决定采用适合课题要求的双向测量法测量高速电主轴的动态回转精度,对测试过程中使用的数理统计误差分离技术进行了详细的公式推导,得到了动态回转精度在线测试的完整流程。在实验室现有电主轴的基础上,按需选择了必要的传感器、数据采集卡等组成了测试系统的硬件部分,基于Qt开发出测试软件,搭建出了一套稳定、可靠、高精度的电主轴动态回转精度测试系统,并进行了测试实验进行验证,得到的结果符合实际情况。该论文搭建的测试系统为电主轴性能分析提供了理论依据以及技术支撑。

Abstract:In this paper, the high-speed electric spindle is taken as the research object. It start from the definition and test method of dynamic rotation precision, the dynamic rotation precision is deeply analyzed. After analysis we decided to measure the dynamic rotation accuracy of the high-speed electric spindle by the bidirectional measurement method suitable for the subject. The detailed formula of the mathematical statistical error separation technique used in the test process was deduced, and the complete flow of the dynamic test of the dynamic rotation accuracy was obtained. On the basis of the existing electric spindle of the laboratory, the necessary sensors and data acquisition cards are selected as needed to form the hardware part of the test system. Based on Qt, the test software is developed to build a stable, reliable and high precision The electric spindle dynamic rotation accuracy test system was tested and verified, and the obtained results were in line with the actual situation. The test system built in this thesis provides theoretical basis and technical support for the performance analysis of the electric spindle.
