摘    要:为了解决目前在应用FDM技术对一些悬臂结构以及中空结构进行3D打印时,由于添加支撑致使试件打印质量偏低或者难于成型的问题,设计了双并联结构的3D打印机,其打印平台可以在打印过程中围绕X、Y轴翻转,达到减少甚至去除支撑的目的。对结构的实现原理进行了说明,提出了控制装置实现预期功能的思路和方案。利用ADAMS对装置三维模型进行了虚拟样机仿真实验,得到了运动学分析数据,结合实际打印实验,通过对具有代表性的试件打印,验证了双并联结构的3D打印机的功能实现的可行性,通过打印平台的翻转实现了减少打印件的支撑甚至去除支撑的功能。

Abstract:In order to solve the current problem that some printed pieces with some cantilever and cavity structures but not allowed to add internal support can’t be printed or have low printing quality, the 3 D printer of double parallel mechanism was designed. Its printing platform can turn around X and Y axis during printing process, so as to reduce or even remove support. The realization principle of the structure is introduced, which provides the thought and plan for the control device to realize the expected function. By using ADAMS simulation software to carry out the virtual prototype simulation of 3 D model device, the data of kinematics analysis were obtained,which verify the feasibility of the printer to realize the function combined with the actual printing experiments. It reduces print support or even remove the support through the print platform flip.
