基于CPLD的无刷直流电机全硬件PI控制系统设计

摘    要:针对传统软件控制方式运行速度慢、精度低、抗干扰能力差、成本高等问题,提出了一种以复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)为核心的无刷直流电机全硬件PI控制系统,详细分析了控制系统组成电路的工作原理,通过仿真和实验验证了各电路的可行性。同时,建立了连续的PI控制器和离散的PI控制器的模型,并运用MATLAB进行仿真测试,仿真结果表明相比于离散的PI控制器,连续的PI控制具有更高的响应速度和抗干扰能力。控制系统采用梯形换向控制的策略,配合33kHz的PWM控制,以达到理想的控制效果。最后搭建实验平台,实验结果表明控制系统具有良好的控制性能。

Abstract:Traditional software controllers have varieties of problems,such as slow running speed,low precision,poor immunity from interference and so on.A hardware PI control system of BLDCM based on complex programmable logic device(CPLD)was presented to solve these problems.This system is composed all of hardware;the working principle of the control system circuit is analyzed in detail and the feasibility of each circuit is verified by simulation and experiment.At the same time,the models of continuous PI controller and discrete PI controller are established and simulated by using MATLAB.The simulation results show that the continuous PI controller has higher response speed and anti-interference ability than the discrete PI controller.This system is designed by trapezoidal commutation control strategy with the 33 KHz PWM control,to aim to achieve the ideal control affect.Finally,an experimental platform is built,and the results show that this control system has good control performance.
