摘    要:研究了一种全数字的闭环反馈张力控制系统,用于绕线机的张力控制以提高产品质量。使用单片机PIC16F1778作为控制器,增量式编码器作为传感器,交流伺服电机作为执行器,控制回路中的关键信号都是数字信号。分析了张力控制系统的被控对象特性,并借助SIMULINK完成了控制器PID参数的整定。进行了线径0.08mm漆包线的高速(约10m/s)绕线实验以测试张力控制系统的性能,取得了瞬态过程最大张力超调小于3%,稳态和扰动条件下的张力波动率都在±1.0%以内的结果。工作表明全数字张力控制系统能够对漆包线的张力进行有效控制。

Abstract:A full digital closed-loop feedback tension control system is studied for tension control of winding machine to improve quality of product.The system consists of an MCU PIC16F1778 as the controller,an incremental encoder as the sensor and the ac servo motor as the actuator.All key sginals in the control loop are digital sginals.Moreover,the characteristics of the controlled object in the system are analyzed,and the PID parameters of the controller are turned using SIMULINK.The experiment on high speed(≈10m/s)winding enameled wire with 0.08mm diameter is carried out to study the performances of the tension control system,the result show that the maximum overshoot of tension in transient process is less than 3%,while the tension fluctuation ratios are within±1.0%in both steady state and disturbance condition.The work shows that the full digital tention control system can effectively control the tension of enameled wire.
