摘    要:为实现大长径比小直径钛合金复合阶梯深孔的高效精密加工,设计专用枪钻,建立了枪钻的力热耦合模型,对枪钻加工过程进行力热耦合仿真分析,以仿真结果作为参考和依据,设计了复合阶梯深孔加工工艺,选取合适的加工参数,并进行了加工试验,对加工后试件进行抽检,加工精度符合图纸要求,形成了面向该类钛合金复合深孔高效加工的工艺规范。

Abstract:In order to realize high-efficiency precision machining of large-diameter ratio small-diameter titanium alloy composite step deep hole, a special gun drill was designed, and the force-heat coupling model of the gun drill was established. The force-heat coupling simulation analysis of the gun drilling process was carried out, and the simulation result was used as the simulation result. Based on the reference and basis, the composite step deep hole processing technology was designed, the appropriate processing parameters were selected, and the processing test was carried out. The sampled parts were sampled and the processing precision composite drawing requirements were processed.
