摘    要:本文介绍了基于PMAC运动控制器的三坐标加工机床开放式数控系统的软硬件设计,系统运行于Windows平台采用ISA总线通讯的上下位机模式,有效保证了数据传输速度和加工的实时性,在Visual C 环境中,利用面向对象方法进行了软件设计,提高了代码的可维护性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of hardware and software of an open - architecture NC system for a laser processing machine tool. The device is based on PMAC motion controller and the whole system runs on Windows platform. Data exchange through ISA bus which ensures the real time data transfer and part processing. The software development is under Visual C+ + environment using object - oriented method. It promotes the ease of code maintenance.
