摘    要:结合特高压电网、数字化变电站的建设,研究变电站自动化系统测控技术,并对测控装置进行优化设计.在变电站信息采集源头进行信息的整合和标准化,使其得到更有效的利用.结合IEC 61850标准中通用面向对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)机制和其他一些新技术,实现过程层网络化信息传输,推动变电站的数字化建设.
