摘    要:本文采用转子动力学的弹性支承理论设计了一种新型高速纺纱锭子.首先简述了弹性支承理论的要点;其次根据该理论提出了一种纺纱锭子的新结构;最后做了新型锭子的振动、噪声等实验.实验结果表明:与目前广泛使用的锭子相比,新型锭子的平稳工作转速大幅度提高,而噪声则大幅度降低.该新型锭子已经通过部级鉴定,并获得了国家专利.

Abstract:A new type of high speed textile spindle is designed by use of the theory of flexible supporter of rotor dynamics. The main points of the theory are introduced and a type of textile spindle construction is put forward and analyzed. The experiments about vibration and noise of the spindle are conducted, which results show that the steady working speed of the spindle can be thus increased much more and the noise level of the spindle be decreased much more than the existing type of spindle.
