脆硫铅锑矿中Pb-Sb预分离新工艺研究

摘    要:介绍一种从脆硫铅锑矿中进行铅、锑预分离的新工艺。先用硫化钠湿法分离铅锑,再火法炼锑。对硫化钠浸出锑的影响因素进行了研究;用硫酸盐将硫代锑酸钠转化成复合锑盐用于挥发Sb2O3。结果表明,锑浸出率达96.12%,转化和挥发阶段锑回收率分别为99.96%和99.05%,全流程锑回收率95.17%。

Abstract:A new technology to pre-separate Pb-Sb from jamesonite was introduced. Lead and antimony were separated by wet separation with sodium sulfide, follows by antimony smelting by pyrometallurgical process. The effects of factors on antimony leaching by sodium sulfide were investigated. Complex antimony salt was synthesized from sodium sulfantimonate by sulfate and volatilized to produce Sb2O3. The results show that antimony leaching rate is 96.12%, recovery rate of antimony in transformation and volatilization stage is 99.96% and 99.05% respectively, and recovery rate of antimony in whole process is 95.17%.
