摘    要:目的 为了优化五味子中木脂素提取工艺,采用中心组合设计方法,研究乙醇浓度、超声时间、液固比及其交互作用对3种主要木脂素提取率的影响。方法 应用SAS软件和响应面分析相结合的方法,模拟得到回归方程的预测模型和可信度,并通过岭脊分析得到最佳的提取条件。结果 最佳条件为:乙醇浓度85%、超声时间34min、溶媒比146mL/g。该条件下3种主要木脂素类成分总提取率为1.16%。结论 该方法为提取五味子木脂素提供了技术手段。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technique for lignan from Schisandra chinensis, the effects of ethanol concentration, ultrasonic extraction time, the liquid to solid ratio and their interaction on extraction rate were studied by central composite design. Methods The predictive model and reliability were developed by SAS software and response surface analysis. The optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions were achieved and listed. Results The conditions were listed as follows: ethanol concentration 85%, ultrasonic extraction time 34min, the liquid to solid ratio 146mL/g, trough ridge analysis. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction yield of lignan was 1.16%. Conclusion The motheod was providing practical techniques for the lignans extraction of Schisandra chinensis.
