以特色校园文化提升高职学生的就业竞争力

摘    要:本文通过对高职院校校园文化的内涵和现状的分析,围绕提升毕业生就业竞争力,提出要构建高职院校特色校园文化。物质文化建设上要突出职业性,培养学生的岗位适应能力;开展校园活动,要面向岗位需求,培养学生的职业兴趣;规范制度文化建设,要围绕岗位标准,培养学生良好的职业素质;精神文化建设上,要立足学生的全面发展,培养学生的可持续发展能力。

Abstract:The thesis puts forth the construction of distinct campus culture of vocational colleges through the analysis of connotation and current situation of vocational colleges′ campus culture and the aim of promoting graduates′ competitiveness.Besides,the thesis demonstrates that in the construction of tangible culture,occupation must be put in the first place to foster students′ adaptation ability.Thus,campus activities should foster students′ career interests in accordance with career requirements.As to the regulation culture construction,it should serve the career standards to develop students′ position quality.And in the construction of intangible culture,students′ all-round development should be taken into account to cultivate students′ sustainable development ability.
