| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了在管理变革的形势下,加强供电企业档案管理的必要性。就当前的人力资源配备和档案管理工作的最新发展,提出了构建一体化大档案管理体系、成立档案工作协作组织以及建设与应用统一档案信息系统的新思路。目前,安徽省电力公司系统已按照这一思路,全面强化档案管理工作,经过近一年时间的运作已初见成效。

| Abstract: | The article first describes the necessity of strengthening archives administration of the power supply enterprise in the situation of management transformation.On the current human resources and the latest development of archives administration work,the new idea is proposed to build a large integrated archives administration system,establish archives work collaborative group,construct and apply unified archives information system.At present,Anhui Electric Power Corporation system in accordance with this new approach enhances archives administration comprehensively,after nearly a year of operation the results have been noticed. |
