摘    要:从2009年开始,国网公司全面推进人力资源集约化管理。统一规划计划、统一机构编制、统一用工制度、统一人才培养,加强用工配置、加强用工风险、加强信息系统建设的人力资源集约化管理决策已明确了今后工作的思路和方向。公司新的管理变革中亟待解决的难题就是结构性缺员。芜湖供电公司通过加强定员管理,实行岗位动态管理,完善招聘机制,加强教育培训,拓展成才通道,优化收入分配等多项措施的联运,有效解决了生产岗位结构性缺员的矛盾,提高了人员的优化配置和人力资源运营效率,企业整体竞争力得到进一步加强。

Abstract:State Grid has advanced human resources intensive management since 2009.Unified planning,unified organization,unified employment system,unified training,strengthening labor configuration,strengthening the risk of employment and strengthening information system construction of human resources intensive management decision make the thinking and direction of work clear in the future.While the urgent problem to be solved in the company′s new development of management is structural vacancy.In order to effectively solve the problem of structural vacancy of production position,improve the optimization of human resource and human resource operation efficiency and strengthen the overall competitiveness of enterprises,Wuhu Power Supply Company takes a number of measures at the same time such as strengthening the manpower management,executing position dynamic management,improving the recruitment mechanism,strengthening education training,expanding the development channels and optimizing income allocation.
