低温拜耳赤泥石灰法脱碱工艺优化研究

摘    要:对低温拜耳赤泥石灰法脱碱工艺进行了研究,考察了钙钠比、温度、时间、液固比、脱碱浆液碱含量对脱碱率的影响,得到了优化脱碱工艺,该工艺与以往脱碱工艺相比,无需再加热、加压,实现了利用生产中赤泥自身温度而脱碱的目的,从而降低了脱碱成本,简化了生产工艺流程,对同类企业有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The dealkalization process on adding lime to red mud was introduced,and the optimum conditions were obtained by studing the factors including the ratio of liquid to solid and CaO to Na2O,temperature,time and the content of Na2O.The Na2O was drew with the quantity of heat of red mud and the cost of dealkalization was saved,it showed the optimization process was better than the traditional dealkalization way,simplified the production process,which gives some reference value to the similar enterprises.
