摘    要:针对安钢第二炼钢厂德马克方坯连铸机拉矫系统存在的问题,提出了相应的优化方案,通过采用两个上辊单独驱动,高承载直交式齿轮减速机,全水冷封闭内循环冷却和隔热罩,共用底座和基础,连续矫直等技术,解决了减速机容易卡死和铸坯弯曲问题,改善了铸坯质量.

Abstract:This paper put forward optimizing plan to withdrawal & staightening system for DEMAG billet CC at No.2 steelmaking plant of Anyang steel,some technics have been taken from two upper withdrawal roller driving device,high carrying capacity gear reducer unit,pan-seal internal recycling water colling and heat insulating cover,common big basement,continuous levelling equal,so it have raveled out reducer unit stick-slip and continuously cast steel bending,improve the quality of casting.
