高速逆流色谱应用研究进展

摘    要:高速逆流色谱(high-speed countercurrent chromatography,HSCCC)是新型的液-液分配色谱技术。HSCCC利用多层螺旋管同步行星式离心运动,在短时间内实现样品在互不相溶的两相溶剂系统中的高效分配,从而实现样品分离。HSCCC在天然产物的分离方面具有很大的优势,具有非常广阔的应用前景。鉴于HSCCC的显著特点,此项技术已被应用于生化、生物工程、医药、天然产物化学、有机合成、环境分析、食品、地质、材料等领域。本文主要综述了HSCCC在中药、抗生素、蛋白质等方面的应用情况。

Abstract:High-speed countercurrent chromatography(HSCCC), which has multilayer serpentine pipes, is a new technique on liquid-liquid distribution.Samples can be centrifugated synchronously as a coil planet centrifuge with HSCCC.In two immiscible solutions, the samples can be distributed and splitted with high performance.HSCCC is an important technique on enrichment of natural products and has lots of distinguishing features.Nowadays, HSCCC has been applied in many varied areas, such as biochemistry, bioengineering,...
