| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了丝网张力计在丝网印刷中保证印刷质量的重要作用，因此需要对其精度进行验证。丝网张力计校准仪在一定程度上解决了丝网张力计使用单位关心的精度问题。然而缺少足够的理论证明，文中通过ANSYS对其建模分析，提出了通过丝网张力计校准仪进行校准时应该注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the importance of screen tension meter to ensure the printing quality in the screen printing, and it＇s need to verify its accuracy. Screen tension meter calibrator solves the problem of accuracy to some extent which the users concern. However, it＇s short of sufficient proof in theory. With modeling analysis according ANSYS, this paper brings up some issues must pay attention in calibrating. |
