越橘中花青素的提取

摘    要:以酸性乙醇提取粉碎的越橘原料3次,提取液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.10,喷雾干燥,得红色粉末状花青素产品。原花青素≥25.0%,花色苷≥7.5%,花青素≥5.0%。

Abstract:The crush blueberry was extracted three times using acidic ethanol as extracting agent.The (extraction) solution was vacuum concentrated to the relative density of 1.10.After spray drying, the red anthocyanidin powder was obtained.The result showed the procyanidin content ≥ 25.0%,the anthocyanin content ≥ 7.5% and the anthocyanidin content ≥ 5.0%.
