| 摘 要： | 为满足制造亚临界、超临界电站锅炉的需要,宝山钢铁股份有限公司钢管分公司近几年试制了T91高压锅炉管。论述了该公司试制T91高压锅炉管的工艺过程、产品性能的试验情况,并与进口T91钢管的性能作了比较。介绍了该产品在宝山钢铁股份有限公司电厂350MW机组的实际应用情况。

| Abstract: | In recent years, to meet the production requirements of manufacture of sub-and supercritical power plant boilers, the Steel Pipe Daughter Co. of Baoshan Steel Co. Ltd. Initiated T91 high pressure boiler tube steel into trial production. The paper describes the steel's production process and tests concerning its properties, accompanied by a comparison with imported T91 steel tubes. Actual application results of the product in Baoshan Steel Co. Ltd.'s (350 MW) set are also mentioned. |
