| 摘 要： | 乙型肝炎疫苗和抗病毒药物在全球的广泛应用有效地防止了乙肝病毒(HBV)的感染。但随之而来的问题是在疫苗免疫后的人群、进行抗病毒治疗的患者以及慢性HBV感染的人群中,出现了HBV表面抗原的变异,而大量文献报道了免疫诊断试剂对变异表面抗原的漏检。本文对乙肝病毒表面抗原变异对免疫诊断试剂检测结果的影响作一综述。

| Abstract: | Hepatitis B(HB) vaccination and antiviral therapies are widely used for the successful prevention of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection throughout the world. However, ample evidences indicated that HBsAg mutants occurred in vaccinated subjects, patients receiving antiviral therapy and chronic carriers. Lots of studies reported that the current immunoassays were challenged by these mutations which failed to be detected by some commercial diagnostic kits. This review attempts to give an overview of the impact of HBsAg mutation to immunodiagnostic kits. |
