高频振动磨超细粉碎黄芪试验研究

摘    要:为了探索对难以粉碎的根系中药黄芪进行超细粉碎的工艺条件方法,采用高频振动磨对含糖量和纤维含量高的难以粉碎的中药黄芪进行了超细粉碎,研究了粉碎时间、原料含水量、入料粒径对粉碎效果的影响,选择了最佳工艺条件。结果表明:粉碎时间过长会造成团聚,过高或过低的含水量也不利于粉碎,粉碎时间在4min左右,含水量在8%左右为最佳工艺条件,得到了中位径在15μm的超细粉体。

Abstract:To study the process technique of suferfine grind of radix astragal that is difficult to be grinded with traditional methods,the high frequency vibrated mill was used to grind radix astragal which was dry root of astragalus membranaceus containing high carbohydrates and fiber contents. In this study, some parameters such as particle size, water content of materials' raw material particle size and grinding time were studied in detail. The results showed that too much grinding time caused agglomerate, and higher or less water content was not benefit with grinding. The optimal operation conditions were 8% water content of material and 4 min grinding time. In this condition, the minimum particle size of 15μm could be obtained by this method.
