纤维增强树脂基摩阻材料的摩擦学研究进展

摘    要:综述了纤维增强树脂基摩阻材料的研究和发展,主要分析了树脂基体、增强纤维和填料以及温度和PV值对摩阻材料摩擦学性能的影响及作用机理,简述了摩阻材料磨损机理的研究现状和主要磨损类型。并提出了今后研究摩阻材料应重视的问题。

Abstract:The recent investigation and progress of fiber reinforced phenolic friction materials were evaluated in details. The friction process between friction materials and metal brake was regarded as a tribological system. The tribological characteristics and functions of different components in the friction materials were reviewed. The type and content of phenolic resin matrix had a close relationship with the wear and mechanical properties. The reinforced fiber, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, steel fiber, Kevlar fiber and hybrid reinforcement could increase the wear resistance. Fillers improved the friction and wear properties and reduced the cost. The effects of temperature and pv values on the friction and wear properties were also discussed. The wear mechanisms were summarized. Some suggestions for future study and applications were proposed as well.
