耐温抗盐交联体系的试验研究

摘    要:通过选择不同类型的聚合物和交联剂,在室内筛选了2个具有耐温80℃、抗盐32000mg/L的聚合物交联体系,并对该交联体系的增粘性、抗剪切性、耐盐性等性能进行了评价。这2个交联体系配方为:聚合物P3/交联剂OL4和聚合物ZL-3/交联剂OL3,聚合物和交联剂浓度分别为800mg/L、266mg/L,该交联体系具有良好的调剖效果。

Abstract:Different types of polymers and crosslinking agents were chosen, a polymer system with temperature toler ance of up to 80 ℃ and salt resistance of 3200mg/L was screened out inlaboratory and the viscosifying behavior, shear strength, salt tolerance of the system were evaluated by laboratory tests. The formulae of cross-linking systems are polymer P3/crosslinkerOL4 and polymer ZL-3/crosslinker OL3, their concentrations are 800mg/L, 266mg/L respec tively.They have a good result of profile control.
