| 摘 要： | 通过分析城市医疗卫生体系改革对于城市医疗卫生设施配置规划的影响,对城市医疗卫生设施的概念和配置指标的内涵进行了全新的诠释。寻求新时代条件下,城市医疗卫生设施规划的科学研究方法和空间布局模式,并提出相关政策的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper, analyzing the influence of urban sanitation system reform on sanitation facilities planning, newly combs the concept of sanitation facilities and its distribution index in an attempt to find a scientific research method and layout mode for urban sanitation facilities planning, therefore provides policy proposals to the government. |
