摘    要:利用电子千分尺对不同加工方法产生的多个样本总体进行单独采样,测得的数据通过多路数据采集器实时送入计算机,采用编程软件Visual C++对多个样本进行对比统计,可以鲜明地比较出各种样本分布的差异,从而反映不同加工方法的质量状况。

Abstract:To utilize a figure micrometer to do separate sampling for multi-sample from different processes,to send the data measured by the figure micrometer into a computer by means of the multi-path data acquisition utensil real time,and to compare and analyze the data with Visual C++,the differences of all samples were given out,and the quality states of different processes were obtained.
