钢丝网岩棉夹心复合板的强度研究

摘    要:本文对钢丝网岩棉夹芯复合板(简称GY板)的横向挠曲强度,轴向中心受压强度、轴向偏心受压强度、GY板隔墙及GY板承剪墙的剪切强度作了大量的试验研究,阐明了其强度特征和破坏模式,然后提出相应的设计分析理论,并与试验结果相比较以证明其可行性。试验研究和理论分析表明:在各种受力情况下,所设计的GY板不仅能够保证其整体作用,而且充分发挥了各组成材料的强度,达到了最优材料配制。强度研究表明,根据实际条件所设计的GY板已能胜任一到二层快装永久性房屋的主要构件。

Abstract:The experimental research on the strength of a new building material plate known as GY plate is introduced in this paper. It is a sandwich plate made of ferro-cement and rock wool. The tests consist of such plates subjected to transverse bending, longitudinal axial compression and eccentric compression as well as tests of their shear strength when the plates are used as partition walls and shear walls. The strength properties and the rupture model of GY plates have been explained and the corresponding design analysis has been presented in the paper. The correctness of the theoretical analysis has been verified by experimental results.GY plates now have been used in assembling single and two storey permanent houses with satisfactory results.
