| 摘 要： | 对华电包头发电有限公司^#1、^#2机组循环水系统的运行方式及循环水泵、水塔、凝汽器有关参数进行了分析和研究；对^#4、^#2循环水泵电动机进行了高、低速改造并实施投运。依据冬季机组负荷偏低的特点，进行了循环水系统方式的优化，在原来“两机三泵”运行方式的基础上，成功实现了“两机一泵”的运行方式，取得良好的经济效益。
