| 摘 要： | 参照ISO9000质量管理体系的原理和做法，提出建立一个标准化的信息化管理体系，规范企业信息化策划、实施、改进的整个过程，以提高企业信息化实施的成功率。通过策划和运行“信息化管理体系”，企业可以对信息化建设实施全过程、全方位的指导、管理和控制。给出了信息化管理体系的相关概念和内容，提出了信息化管理体系的运行模式和实施步骤。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle and method of ISO 9000 quality management system, it establishes a standardized management system in order to enhance the success ratio for implementing enterprise informatization and regulate the whole process from planning, realization to improving. Enterprise informatization can be alloriented guided, managed and controlled in the whole implementing process under the planning and operation of informatization management system. It presents the related concept, context and operating mode of informatization management system. |
