| Abstract: | The paper discusses the arrangement of flood way out of West liaohe river, East liaohe river, main stream of Liaohe river, Hunhe river, Taizihe river and Daliaohe river on the basis of flood character and layout of flood control projects in Liaohe river basin. The countermeasure of flood over standard is introduced at the same time. |
