摘    要:酒钢1#、2#高炉喷煤系统扩能改造设计包括配煤、制粉系统改造及喷吹系统改造,设计采用电子秤配煤、布袋收粉器、无烟煤及烟煤混合喷吹、上出料浓相输送喷煤工艺和设备、炉前分配器、安全监测、计算机控制等先进的技术。该系统具有投资少、工期短、见效快、操作简便、运行可靠等特点。喷煤比大幅度上升,对酒钢高炉以煤代焦,降低生铁成本有显著作用。

Abstract:The design of capacity expansion through transformation for coal injection system of 1# and 2# blast furnaces in JISCO includes transformation of coal blending system pulverizing system,and coal injection system.It is to adopt the advanced technologies such as electronic scale for coal blending,bag filter,mixed injection of hard coal and soft coal,coal injection process and equipment for concentrated phase conveying,distributor in stokehole,safety monitoring and computer control,etc.The system is with low investment,short construction period,quick effects,simple and convenient operations as well as reliable running,etc.The substaintially ascending coal ratio plays an important role for using coal instead of coke and reducing the costs of pig iron in JISCO.
