摘    要:为解决当前高压无功补偿领域采用常规机械开关投切电容器组开关合闸时触点弹跳产生过电压,分闸时易重燃及不可频繁操作,而采用串联固态电子开关需要相应的动、静态均压及同步触发电路导致系统结构复杂且成本较高的问题,提出一种基于新型高压投切开关的高压动态无功补偿装置。该装置采用降压变压器、交流接触器、低压可控硅构成新型高压投切开关,利用变压器短时过载与空载运行来投切电容器组完成无功补偿。理论推导及仿真试验均表明该装置具有响应时间快、投入无涌流、无关断过电压、价格适中的优点,证明该装置特别适用于中等容量的高压无功补偿系统。

Abstract:In high-voltage var compensation field, when switching the capacitor banks by mechanical switch, it is easy to bound when it closes and to restrike when it opens, and the mechanical switch can not be switched frequently. When switching the capacitor banks by electronic switch in series, it needs dynamic and static voltage sharing circuit and synchronous triggering circuit. It leads to complex structure and high cost. A novel high-voltage var compensation device based on high-voltage switch was proposed. It consists of transformer, alternating contactor and thyristors, and it makes use of overload and non-load status of transformer for switching capacitor banks. Both of theory analysis and simulating results approve the device possesses the advantage of high-speed response , no inrush current when it opens ,no over-voltage when it closes and having reasonable cost. The device is especially adapted to be used in high-voltage and medium capacity var compensation system.
