| 摘 要： | 为降低开关管电压应力，提出了一种新型三电平拓扑变换方法，可直观地得到6种单管直流变换器的三电平拓扑。由于增加了开关管，可引入新的控制方式。通过分析变换器在不同开关相角下滤波电感电流脉动的大小，得出了在同样的电流脉动要求下，采用交错开关方式与采用传统开关方式相比，滤波电感可减小的幅度。最后通过实验验证了分析结果。

| Abstract: | To reduce voltage stress of switches,a novel conversion method applied to the three level topology of single switch converters is presented in this paper.By means of this method,six three level topologies can be converted intuitionally.As the switch is added in the converters,the new modulation strategy can be introduced.By analyzing the current ripple of the filter inductor on the condition that the phase shift is different,the reduced value of the current ripple with the interleaving modulation strategy can be got.The principle of the converter with the interleaving modulation strategy is verified on an experimental prototype. |
