摘    要:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了香波中去屑止痒剂Octopirox。在Symmetry C18(5um,4.6mmi.d.X250mm)色谱柱上,以乙腈:水(含0.02mol磷酸和0.5mmolEDTA二纳)]=70:30的溶液为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,紫外检测波长为305nm,柱温为35℃下检测,样品用流动相搅拌、超声提取,回收率为97.2%-98.3%,样品测试相对偏差为0.1%-0.4%。具有操作简便,分析速度快和重复性好等特点。

Abstract:A method based on reversed phase liquid chromatography is developed for the determination of Octopirox, an antidandruff agent in shampoo. A symmetry C18 column (5 μm, 4.6 mm i. d. X250 mm) was used at temperature of 35 ℃, mobile phase with flow rate of 0.8 mL/min was φ acetonitrile: water ( containing0.02 mol orthophpnoshoric acid and 0.5 mmolEDTS disodium salt) ] = 70:30 and UV detection at 305 nm. Samples were extracted with mobile phase by stirring and ultrasonic method. The average recoveries of Octopirox were 97.2 % ~ 98.3 %. The relative standard deviations were 0. 1% ~ 0.4 %. The method is simple, rapid and reproducible.
