楼宇通信开锁充电一体化磁控锁电源研究

摘    要:针对传统磁控锁线性电源易短路和遭受雷击损坏及常造成蓄电池损坏等缺点,研制了一款具有供电、开锁及充电功能于一体的新型开关电源式磁控锁电源。以单端反激变换器作为一体化电源的核心,设计了磁控锁开锁电路、蓄电池管理电路及继电器切换电路,并对反激变换器的反馈及补偿网络进行了设计分析,推导出了反馈到输出的数学模型。实验结果显示,系统经过850μs达到稳定输出电压,表现出良好的动特性。说明新型一体化电源达到了抗干扰能力强、稳定性高的设计要求,可增加楼宇对讲安全门的可靠性。

Abstract:To the questions that the traditional linear power supply of magnetic control locks had disadvantages such as easy to short-circuit,to be subjected to lightning damage,and often cause damage to battery and so on,a novel magnetic control lock switch power supply integrated building communication,unlocking and charging was developed.Single-ended flyback converter was used as the core of the integrated power supply,the unlock circuit of magnetic control lock,battery management circuits and relay switching circuit were designed.The feedback and compensation network of the flyback converter were designed and analyzed,the mathematical model of feedback to the output was derived.From the experiments results we can see that the system reaches the stabilize output voltage after 850 μs,has the good dynamic characteristics.These show that the novel integrated power supply has reached the design requirements,and increased the reliability of the building intercom security gate.
